"ItalianInCork - Precious Italian Baskets"

 

1. Organizer

The Promotion is organized by ITALIAN IN CORK, an independent online brand and community operating from Ireland. The online sales, digital product distribution and technical management of the Promotion are hosted and operated by PURETASTEITALY, an independent online brand, through its official website and digital platforms. PureTasteItaly acts exclusively as a technical and hosting platform.

2. NAME AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion is titled "ItalianInCork - Precious Italian Baskets" (hereinafter the "Promotion").

The purpose of the Promotion is to promote Italian brands in Cork and PureTasteItaly, enhance community engagement, and support the sale and distribution of digital products through an interactive promotional initiative.

The Promotion is designed to reward participants with exclusive prizes while offering access to original digital content related to Italian food culture.

Nature of the Promotion – No Lottery or Gambling

This Promotion is a promotional initiative organized by a private entity for marketing and community engagement purposes.

It is not a lottery, gambling activity, or government-authorized competition.

No authorization, endorsement, or approval by the Irish government or any public authority is required or has been obtained for this Promotion.

The Promotion is operated in compliance with applicable Irish and EU consumer protection and promotional activity regulations and does not fall under gambling or lottery legislation.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion will begin on 29/12/2025 and will remain active for a total duration of fourteen (21) consecutive days, 19/01/2025.

The Promotion will officially end at 23:59 (Irish time) on the fourteenth (19th) day following the start date, unless otherwise extended or modified in accordance with these Rules.

Only purchases completed within the promotional period will be considered valid for participation in the final drawing.

(The deadline has been extended due to technical issues within the company and an inactivity issue. All previously purchased subscriptions remain valid.)

3. REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the Promotion is open exclusively to those who meet all of the following requirements:

are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation;

are residents of Ireland;

purchase at least one of the digital products associated with the Promotion during the promotional period.

Employees, collaborators, and persons directly involved in organizing the Promotion are excluded from participation.

4. ENTRY METHODS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Participation in the Promotion is dependent on the purchase of one or more digital products made available through the PureTasteItaly hosting platform.

A total of four (4) different digital products are available, each associated with a different number of promotional participation codes.
The number of participation codes awarded varies based on the product selected and its price.

Each ticket represents a valid entry in the final drawing.
Participants may purchase multiple digital products and accumulate an unlimited number of participation codes. There is no maximum limit to the number of entries per person.

Participation codes are automatically awarded upon completion of the purchase and are linked to the purchaser's email address.

Requests are limited to one per person. data including name, surname and telephone number will be requested

5. PRIZES

Two (2) prizes will be awarded at the end of the Promotion.

🥇 First Prize

An exclusive Mediterranean basket with rare, carefully selected, and hard-to-find artisanal delicacies. The selection captures the authentic essence of Italy, the Mediterranean, and the golden, sun-drenched lands of Sicily, with premium products chosen for their uniqueness, quality, and character.

🥈 Second Prize

A basket containing some of Italy's most beloved and iconic brands, including aperitif products, nostalgic snacks, and chocolate treats.
A playful, generous, and irresistible collection, designed to delight and appeal to a wide audience.

The estimated total value of the prizes ranges between €700 and €800.

The prizes will be presented in person via a face-to-face meeting with the winners in Cork city center.
Shipping or delivery is not included.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND DRAWING METHOD

At the end of the Promotion, thewinners will be selected through a transparent random selection process conducted using an online selection tool.

A complete list of all eligible participation codes will be published prior to the drawing.
Each ticket will be identified exclusively by a unique alphanumeric code, without displaying any personal information.

The drawing will proceed as follows:

Five (5) participation codes will be drawn at random for the First Prize.

Five (5) participation codes will be drawn at random for the Second Prize.

The participation codes belonging to each selected participant will be removed from the system one by one, thus giving everyone a chance to win. However, everyone will have the opportunity to take home both prizes by entering their remaining participation codes in both drawings.

Each ticket can only win one prize.

Prizes will be awarded in the order in which they are drawn.
If a selected participant is ineligible, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or declines the prize, the Organizer will award the next highest-ranked ticket.

The drawing process will be recorded for transparency and internal verification purposes.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

Potential winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Each selected participant will have three (3) days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the necessary information for collection.

If a participant:

fails to respond within the required timeframe;

provides incomplete or incorrect information;

explicitly declines the prize;

the prize will be reassigned to the next eligible ticket in the drawing order.

Once confirmed, winners may be publicly announced through the Organizer's official communication channels, using only the ticket codes, to protect personal privacy.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Personal data collected as part of the Promotion, including name and email address, will be used exclusively to administer the Promotion, contact participants, award prizes, and for future communications regarding the Organizer's brand activities and events.

Participants may receive communications regarding future initiatives, events, or promotional activities organized by Italian in Cork and hosted by PureTasteItaly.

Personal data will be stored securely and will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge and consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. PRIZE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Prizes will be delivered in person at the following location:

Ireland

Winners are required to appear in person to collect their prize.

If the winner is unable to participate in person, one of the following options may apply, subject to the Organizer's approval:

The winner may designate another person to collect the prize on their behalf; or

The winner may request that the prize be shipped to them at their own expense, provided they agree to provide a photo of the prize upon delivery.

If none of the above conditions are met, or if the winner does not meet the collection requirements, the prize will be reassigned to the next eligible participant based on the order in which it is drawn.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, procedures, or conditions of the Promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, ensuring fairness and transparency for all participants.

Prizes may be subject to minor changes for the sole purpose of improving the final product. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-substitutable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

These Rules are written in English and will be considered the official and legally binding version.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.
